No. Jelly sweets have their soft, chewy texture because of the ingredient "gelatine," which is usually made from boiled-down bone marrow of either a pig or a cow. However, some health food shops may offer gelatine-free gummy sweets.

Most, if not all, types of gummy worms have Gelatin, which is made of animal parts. They are unsuitable for vegetarians, if they are going to be 100% vegetarian.

Regular gummy bears are not vegan as they contain sugar and gelatin. There are however vegan gummy bears that are made by a company called Let's Do Organics. They are pretty tasty.
