i think they should be able to drive at 11 years and older if they can drive and if the can reach the gas and see over the dash bored
No. Not unless they are tall enough. You could be risking the safety of your child.
Technically, no. You must be twelve. But it is not an enforced rule, mostly just a safety precaution.
no. You have to have ether your learners permit, or you have to have a licence. 11 year olds can drive a dune buggy though. Sorry if i let you down.
Yes, if of proper weight and height.
A 9 year old child can ride in the front seat of a car. It is important that they are buckled in and can sit still.

The driver of the vehicle.
If you consult the buckleupnc.org website, the recommendation is to keep your child in the back seat as long as possible. Children under 5 should always be in the backseat...but then it gets a little fuzzy. The recommendation is that children 1-12 should sit in rear seats whenever possible. My understanding is that once your child is age 12, they are usually tall enough to withstand the effect of an airbag deploying at 150-200 mph. FYI, over half the deaths caused by airbag deployment have been in children sitting in the front passenger seat.
no
It depends upon the model and year of the vehicle, but generally it would be the front passenger seat.
