∙ 9y agoYes, you can if the sim card is compatible with your phone ( if the phone is for gsm sim card if your sim card is gsm your good). You just have to activate it prepaid on the website of the carrier of the sim card with the sim card 15 digit number.

Really? As of June 2011, you must use a prepaid non-smart phone for 6 months before it can be converted to contract use. Call Verizon at 611.

∙ 14y agoNo. Any phone that must have a data package can not be a prepay phone. Also, you can not make a smart phone a prepay. And, no phone with a full HTML browser can be a prepay phone!!

Well you used to be able to buy the Intensity 2 at Target for $99 but they recently discontinued it for reasons I don't know why. It is a fairly new phone. But now you have to buy it at the Verizon Wireless Store for like $300.
