Can anyone give me a full info on how to become a police officer?

Hopefully you are British if not them you will probably not understand what I have wrote.

My advice to becoming a police officer is that you should do a lot of volunteering in your community the reason for this is because this would stand out to recruiters. I would also advise you to do an award called the duke of Edinburgh.

Although you do not need any qualifications to become a police officer maybe English I would really advise you to get good grades to get the opportunity to go to a good college and study public services if there isn't that course in your area then maybe law and sociology.

I am currently thinking of going university and study policing i would also advice this as there is much competition at the moment in the services that the best opportunity is to get a degree and you will stand out not only that on the course you get the opportunity on a placement in the special constables which at the moment is really hard to get on. The course is also partly created by the police in that area so you would learn all the relevant information and prepares you for the test when you want to become a police officer.

Also regularly exercise for example running and weight training its really important that you are fit enough so you can run after any criminals and strong enough to deal with them.
