Yes, it's quite easy. Cut all the leaves and roots off of a head of cabbage and the base will form a bud that eventually develops into a new head of cabbage with (mostly) identical DNA to the original plant. I cloned the cabbage plant in my garden from a head of cabbage I bought at Walmart. Cabbage will clone itself twice to thrice successfully, but more than that is unlikely. Basically, you can't clone the clone of a clone.
I would not freeze cabbage to begin with, so I would think refreezing would be detrimental to quality.
You can, but it isn't recommended. It also loses flavor and texture during the canning process.

Spoiled cabbage can kill you depending on how bad it is and how long it's been bad. Preserved cabbage (sauerkraut and Kimchi) can be good for you but they have to be preserved properly. I wouldn't recommend it - it will taste quite unpleasant. But it probably won't kill you.
no it dosent kill fat. Even though cabbage will not burn fat from your body, it is still ideal for your weight loss diet because it is so low in calories. A half cup of cabbage is only 17 calories. An entire head of cabbage that can be used to prepare a large salad is less than 300 calories.
A friend of mine suggested me to dip the veggies in salt water for 3 minutes. I did it the next time I bought cabbage, and guess what IT WORKS! After a minute or so, the worms (2 big ones) were floating dead on the surface. I rinsed my cabbage thoroughly n finally they were completely safe for consumption..
