Look at it like this...

What throws off crystal lite is that it is "Convenient". How could something be sugar free and add flavor? They use a sweetener. Ok what sweetener is extreamly sweet and does not require much.... hmmm Aspartame? Its cheap and sweeter than sugar...

HEY isent aspartame in diet cokes? I know cokes are bad! Anyone with any knowledge of nutrition can tell you to steer clear of aspartame.

If it's cal free, carb, free, sugar free (whatever it is) you can clearly see that something is up.
