Chocolate is not very good for you. Don't eat too much of it too often or you will get sick and fat. Only a little bit once in a blue moon wouldn't hurt you.

According to Dr. Andrew Weil, "My preferred way to get the health benefits chocolate has to offer is enjoying an ounce or two of Dark Chocolate that's 70 percent cocoa several times a week. You have no cause for concern about the fat in dark chocolate - it is stearic acid, a type of saturated fat that does not raise cholesterol levels. And chocolate that is 70 percent cocoa does not contain much sugar."

It is okay to eat chocolate every day as long as you dont eat too much, too much would be like half the bar, and just right would be about three squares (only with Hersheys) I hope this answers your question, thanks!

Not necessarily. If it is a chocolate (such as Hershey's) with a low percentage of actual cocoa and less quality ingredients, then it is unhealthy to eat much of it. But if it has a much higher percentage and is made with quality ingredients, then it can have healthy benefits to eat it every day.

Chocolate is not nutritionally bad as such. But it is high in sugar and fat, and contains relatively few other valuable nutrients. Recently, very dark chocolate has been found to provide anti-oxidants, but it is still high in calories. So all chocolate should be eaten responsibly, in small amounts, as a special treat rather than as a daily habit.
