No. With some recipes, you might be able to do without eggs, maybe 1/8 teaspoon of soda and 1 teaspoon of oil, and probably 1 tablespoon of water, but that's just a guess. You could produce something similar to the regular recipe, but it will not look or taste like one made with eggs.

Cannot be substituted!

Eggs are an unique reactant. For lower fat content two egg whites can SOMETIMES be used for a whole egg. Not baking soda.
