Only if the person is allergic to them, or you eat too much since they are very acidic.
Yes. They are very bitter because of their high vitamin C content, so it is best to cook them first. Southern cooks slice the tomato, bread it, then fry it. It is a delicious accompaniment to fried chicken and black eyed peas.
When breading, dip in egg wash, then in flour or corn meal. Fry at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Tomatoes are done when they are golden brown and can be cut with a fork.
Fresh green beans should be perfectly healthy to eat, with two possible exceptions: you could eat too much (in which case the excess fiber will over-stimulate your bowels, causing diarhea) or the beans may be contaminated with some bacteria, causing food poisoning. Sadly, nothing in this world is safe all the time.
Home canned tomatoes cannot make you sick if you do it properly. I do it all the time.

Raw tomatoes are not necessarily green. Tomatoes that haven't finished ripening are green.

You can, but they are much more tasty when you cut them into disks, dip them in egg and then bread crumbs with parsley, tarragon, garlic salt and pepper and fry them up in some oil. I've been in some Mediterranean countries where they coat them in olive oil and champagne vinegar, salt and pepper them, put a thin slice of pancetta and feta cheese on top of them as a raw salad. But I still think the green raw tomatoes don't taste nearly as delicious as red.
It depends on what you mean by 'raw.' If you mean out of a can, yes, it would be safe to eat it cold. It has been cooked and processed to kill off any bacteria. If it is cold and has been out of the can for a long period of time, it could have had bacteria growing in it. If you mean you made it from tomatoes and haven't cooked it, you would be fine as long as the tomatoes were cleaned properly before making it.
Of course not! They are highly lethal if eaten raw. Which is why we eat them on salads. Geez you are not the sharpest tool in the shed are ya? Of course you can eat tomatoes raw.
you can only eat certain fish raw, and they give you the safe kind in sushi
Yes. Raw potato and any part of the plant is toxic to a cat's system. Potatoes, as well as tomatoes belong to the plant family Solanaceae, and are related to Deadly Nightshade plant. They contain a poisonous alkaloid that can cause violent diarrhoea and other, more serious, symptoms. Uncooked or green potatoes and raw potato peelings are all toxic. Once cooked, the alkaloid is destroyed, making the potato safe to eat.
If you like vanilla flavoring raw, yes, it is safe.
