It all depends on the salt you wish to dissolve. Certain salts are very soluble in organic solvents at certain concentrations especially amphipathic organic molecules (zwitterions and other surfactants). Certain metalic salts however cannot be dissolved by organic solvents at high concentrations

No, Salt will not Dissolve in Kerosene. Kerosene is a nonpolar compound. Salt is a polar ionic compound. Salt will not dissociate in a nonpolar substance. It is like trying to mix oil and water. You can stir all day long but let it sit for a few seconds and it will just settle out of solution again.
