Young kittens cannot have babies. They are around 5-6 months of age to come into heat for the first time, which is when they can become pregnant. Even at this age, they are st…ill kittens and letting a kitten become pregnant is incredibly risky - it puts the life of the mother and unborn kittens in needless danger. You should spay your kitten before this time so you do not have to go through these heat cycles. Normally a cat will remain in heat until they become pregnant. You will help prevent the cat explosion problem and have a better pet if you spay her at around 4-5 months.
Well, they can have almost anything. You should go to the veterinarian and have a checkup. They can have anything from brain tumors to a common cold. You may catch something f…rom a stray kitten, but I am not a veterinarian myself. You should ask your veterinarian.
No, you should never give human medications to animals. Cats are very sensitive to the harmful side effects of aspirin and even one pill can be enough to cause a fatal stomach… ulcer. If you think your cat is in pain, you should take it to your vet, who can figure out if the cat is hurting and what kind of pain medication can be given for it.

Yes. It is possible for female cats as young as 4 or 5 months old to get pregnant. It takes about a year for cats to grow to full adulthood.

In Cat Behavior
Kittens usually begin the weaning process around 6 to 8 weeks of age. They begin by taking an interest, or picking at, their mother's solid food. At this age they will still b…e suckling and getting nutrients from their mother, but putting a tiny bit of wet food down every few hours will entice them to eat. You could see if they will lick food off your fingertip or off their own paws. This first stage can take several days. Mashed up wet food, or wet food that is throughly mixed with a little water or kitten milk (never cow's milk) is the best type of food for them right now. It is easy for them to eat and digest. It is advisable not to try dry food as, even softened with water, kittens may still not be able to eat it. Be sure to feed them from a plate and not a bowl, as it is easier for the kittens to pick up the food. As kittens have tiny stomachs, it is recommended to feed little and often - around 6 meals a day is a common schedule for kittens learning to wean and ones that are newly weaned. Gradually, over the course of several weeks, decrease the amount of water/milk in the food as the kittens become more confident with eating. The weaning transition should not be rushed.
