Second of all, you can attach a bluetooth keyboard, it just would propably take a lot of wires and stuff to convert the bluetooth stuff to the usb and again to the i pad. Lastly, no, Windows 7 can not be download on to the iPad 2 because again, iPad can not run .exe and similar files.
