I believe that, that is not possible. However in the act of intercourse a male may give a female an infection.

If you have a urinary tract infection, the best way to get rid of it is by drinking lots of fluids, cranberry juice also works very well.

If this does not work for you contact your doctor and get a 14 day treatment usually oral.
