Can mushrooms be detected in urine test?

It's possible, but there's a mechanical problem: mushrooms are hard to detect even with GC/MS (which is how hair tests are analyzed) and most labs don't have a mushroom profile in their equipment. So...unless someone's absolutely positive you do mushrooms they won't test for them.

If the hair test tests for psilocybin then it will, obviously, show if someone has had any psilocybin in their system...

The easiest way around this (that I'm aware of at least) is to either shave your head (pretty obvious giveaway or bleach your hair (still fairly obvious if you're a guy)

Since you're asking about a follicle test the system cleaners on the market will not work (not that they usually work when a good test is used anyway so don't spend $80 on a cleaner thinking you're home-free

No. The only way to detect powerful hallucinogens such as Psilocybin, LSD, and Mescaline are through Spinal Taps. I'm not sure about DMT and chemical alterations such as 2C-B/2C-E, though. If only it were that simple with marijuana (the least potent of the hallucinogens).
