There are a few things you can try that have helped others. You can spray your feet with an underarm deodorant or a combination deodorant/antiperspirant, which does help some people.
Another thing you can try is soaking your feet in salt water. The salt has some natural antibacterial properties as well as being a drying agent. You can even buy mineral salt water spray and spray your feet with it, then let your feet dry completely before putting on socks/shoes.
Also, you can steep a few tea bags (2 - 4) in a bit of warm water for a few minutes, then soak your feet in the tea. The tea's natual tannic acid helps prevent foot odor.
