No, green pepper is not good for rabbits. Green pepper is indicated in gas, and gas can be a very serious illness for rabbits (even leading to GI stasis, and death). Some rabbits might be okay with a little bit of green pepper as an occasional treat; other rabbits are sensitive and fall ill from just a bit of green pepper. It's important to know and observe your own rabbit, and if you ever notice illness, bring it to a vet.
