No it will not shorten your penis ... Your penis is made of smooth muscle. It is really impossible to make it larger or smaller without surgery.
Smoking however, can effect your fertility and your sperm.

∙ 13y agoIt's possible that smoking would reduce the erect size of the penis due to the fact that smoking reduces blood circulation. Good blood circulation is required for a good erect penis length.
A man could lose from 1 to 3 inches of the penis length.
Another good reason for men to stop smoking.

∙ 15y agoYes it can. Penis sizeis determined by genetics and nobody has ever shown that the length is related to smoking or not smoking. On the other hand, and well supported is the notion that a hard dick gets there from blood in the veins. Tobacco abuse, which is sort of the same as using it in the first place, regreatfully, can seriously mess up veins. Meaning, it wont make you have a smaller penis, you just wont be able to get it up. Pay your money, take your choice.

∙ 13y agoYes, cigarette smoke contains varies of chemicals like nicotine and carbon monoxide which causes a lot of reactions in our body and this will destroy any vitamin D and calcium consumed. Calcium and vitamin D are key nutrition for growth, in terms of height. Calcium can be consumed by drinking milk, yogurt, eating cheese, etc. And vitamin D can be consumed by being in a sunshine.
