If stress persists you may choose to see a medical doctor for a physical as well as seek help from a psychologist to find out ways of dealing with and eliminating stress.

Absolutely, I have sufffered from this for a few years now. I have had all sorts of tests which have come back normal.

Once I understood what was happening I was able to control the stress and as a result the nausea.

The nausea is caused by over production of stomach acid, this acid causes your stomach to get irritated and you to feel the nausea.

To control this I take one glass of base powder every evening, this has definitely helped (although it takes about a week to be effective) it has also stopped all heartburn.

yess it happens alot to me when im stressed or scared or anything bad happens i start throwing up and i can hear my heartbeats and i feel cold u should see a dr
