Can teenagers get pregnant on the Sims 3?

In the Sims 2, the only reason men could get pregnant was due to being abducted by aliens... or a series of cheats.

So far, there aren't any aliens on Sims 3, and the cheats don't work. So the answer is no.

yes, just like in the previous game, sims 2, you have to have a man and a woman relaxing on a double bed together. If they have a high enough relationship bar you can click on either one and select 'try to make a baby'. If they're pregnant, you hear a musical sound when they're done. Sometimes the girl starts throwing up and after a while she starts showing a bulge on her stomach. But you'll see that when it happens. The game centres on the female when she expands, If you want to find out straight away, after having to "try for a baby", try and workout, if it doesnt let you your sim is pregnant.

After about 4 days a baby is born. She starts screeming-->you'll know when it happens

(you can also use the telephone and adopt: you can pick boy/girl and age of adoptive child)

Yes, as with any other Sims game for the PC, you can 'woohoo' or 'try for baby' the latter of which may result in pregnancy.
