Can the board members quit without notice to it's members?
Board members collectively govern an organization.
When you look at the membership in the Clubpenguin Home Page, It asks you how many years or months of how long you want your membership to be,and if you click 1 month you pay …15 dollars. Then when it is 1 month already, your membership expired.
They usually have signs such as: flags, bandanas, what colors they wear, etc.
You just wait until it runs out, and stop paying for it.
Most board members are elected, so the easiest would be to wait until they are up for reelection and run against them. If they are appointed, again, there are terms to the app…ointment so offer a replacement or put yourself up as a replacement. There are laws that govern such things on boards and types of meetings. I would "bone up" on these laws and have good reasons why you think a board member needs to be replaced. If it is a school board member, then, a special election is held because that person is usually recalled.
Without prejuedice means that the decision is not irrevocable. That, in this instance, at some time in future you may withdraw the notice to quit.
If your talking about the original Dropkick Murphys band, the lead singer quited.

Well, the supervisors won't ban or block you to help you quit so you're going to have to never come back to WA yourself, I'm afraid.
Did you have a written or oral agreement with the other members not to play? Is your group trade marked or your material copyrighted? are you members of a trade union? If not …the other members can play where and how they please.
Technically no Beatles members quit. The original lineup was Paul, George, John, Pete Best, and Stuart Sutcliffe, however Sutcliffe passed away. Pete Best was technically "kic…ked out" of the band for not following the path they wanted to go into.
If by 'to recuse' you mean to imply that someone -- Jack -- other than the board member being recused -- Jill -- has a conflict of interest or cannot be impartial in a vote, t…hen certainly the conflict must be verbalized and noted in the minutes. As well, a record of the vote by board member name could be recorded in the minutes. If Jill's vote is the deciding vote, then the validity of the vote will forever remain in question. Over time, anyone reading the minutes will be able to challenge the decision, based on who cast the deciding vote. If, on the other hand, Jill's vote is not a deciding vote, then the conflict is simply noted, since it may appear in future matters where Jill could vote again. Finally, Jill could prevent all this procedure and subsequent consternation if Jill recused herself, indicating that either she had a conflict with the issue or was unable to render an impartial vote.
Well, it depends on what you want to accomplish. If you want your username to be gone, then write to the support address (which can be found in the related link section below)… and ask them to deactivate your account. They'll randomize your username and remove your email from the database. If you just want to stop being on the site and you don't care about your username still showing up, then you can just stop coming.
No. Redfoo and Sky Blue are uncle and nephew. Sky Blue just wasn't in the Sexy And I Know It video
Depending on the situation and circumstances, probably not. But there are times when you must grant any requested permission. Read your governing documents to confirm that …no entry into your unit is permitted by the association or any of its agents, except by written notice of some duration -- typically 72 hours. And then, with a stated purpose. There are times, during an emergency, however, when entry into your unit is required without notifying you. For example, in the case of a water leak emanating from, or traveling through your unit, or fire, or smoke, or physical security and safety of the community. (This, too, is documented in your governing documents.) If your association requires entry into your unit, and you fail to grant it, and in doing so, you compromise the maintenance, preservation or protection of the community's assets, you can become liable for any consequences. For example, if access is required to test your smoke detector, repair or replace your fire sprinkler system, clean your drier vent, it is reasonable that the association be granted access, which it must request in advance. In an extreme case, such as that of a 'hoarder', where the upkeep of the unit's interior fails to meet the standard established in the association's governing documents, entry may occur. In such a case, the association's requirement to give you full and complete notice as to the purpose of inspecting the interior of your unit is required, as above. Best practices dictate that you report any unannounced, unplanned, and non-permitted intrusion by the association or its officers or agents to your local police precinct, and notify the board and the association manager in writing of the incident, and of your action in reporting it.
