who ever wrote this is completely wrong , Do you realize how much money the government would have to put out every year for lawsuits because of the stupidity, it would be in the billions every year.
the answer to this question is yes , the government may say it's above the law but it really isn't , you can win but you have to get your ammo together to fight them , it won't be easy but it can be done. It takes time and the fact that you are right with all your information on your side.
