Maybe if we do bad things that can hurt others, this can make us bad but we can change that if we say sorry and do good things to her/him but if the person kill innocent people, for me that is unforgivable because the person that died didn't do anything wrong and he/she doesn't deserve that...

a lot depends on what you view the soul to be. so from my stand point: i view the soul as the person himself. therefore, a soul can be evil if the person commits devious acts intentionally. if you believe that the soul is something else, then I'll say that the person is evil and not the soul. it really depends on how you look at the soul.
