Yes I have seen not just wells with maganese but any well water after awhile will turn high lift hair a green tent to it. You will have to get a treatment at Salon to take the green out . Or buy alternate action shampoo made by Matrix. but only use it every other shampoo because it will dry your hair if used to often. Don't forget to condition. It also will afect the way your hair takes your color. I have been a stylits for 30 years and also have well water. So i know of what I speak.
You can use a clarifying treatment. You need to remove the chlorine from your hair. They sell shampoos for swimmers.
Well Its SINCHjust imagine leaves are sponges that absorb only water when they absorb water they get healthier and turn green when they don't have enough water they are dehydrated and they shrivel up the die
Usually it can, but sometimes hair needs a little more. I used to use apple cider vinegar when I had a pool. All I did was take a pitcher of warm water and about half a cup of the vinegar, or more, mix it, and rinse my hair with it after shampooing. Vinegar has a certain acid that smoothes the hair folicle as well, so not only should it remove the green, your hair should feel nice as well.
Well if you dye it wrong then it may fade to green.
They only eat things with green hair. But under extreme circumstances they have been known to feed on blue and yellow hair as well.

There is no well-known "Green-penny hypothesis" as far as I can tell. I suppose some student every so often creates their own hypothesis about why pennies turn green, but they are certainly not well-known, or even slightly-known.
It is bringing out all the junk from pipes. It should clear up in 4-5 days.
Well from what my stylist tells me you have yo bleach it.
No, Clorine won't cause your dyed black hair to change to green, but it will cause your hair color to fade. You will notice that the color is not as deep as it was when you first colored it. The best way to prevent this is to do the following before going into Clorinated water: Wet your hair and coat it with conditioner. Do Not rinse. After swimming, rinse out your hair well, in cool water. This is good to do even if you're just going swimming in the ocean or in a lake, just to protect your color.
