It is possible. Breast milk or colostrum usually comes around the 12th to 14th week of pregnancy (or third month), so you may be pretty far along if you are pregnant. Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. Here is a link to a website that will calculate the probability of your pregnancy: http://www.thepregnancytest.com/ It is not likely that you will start leaking breast milk this early. Breast milk or colostrum will usually start to leak around weeks 12-14 or the third month of pregnancy. Unless you are already pregnant without knowing this would not be your first symptom.

Yes, you can. I was breastfeeding one baby, got pregnant, and then gave birth to another baby. I ended up breastfeeding both of them for several months. It was tiring!! In order to make sure you have enough nutrients for your fetus, breastfed baby, and yourself, you will need to add extra calories and fluids to your diet. Consult your physician or OB/GYN for diet recommendations.

Can you get pregnant before your first postpartum period?

You can still get pregnant before you get your period after having a baby. Due to the pregnancy your normal ovulation time could be different. Though if you are breast feeding regularly your cycle may be altered and this can also lower the chances of becoming pregnant, due to certain hormones that breast feeding releases.

No, the breast implants themselves do not harden. The actual breasts still do. But that's of course harder to feel when they're behind breast implants.
