You can, I'm not sure that I would. Probably doesn't pass code for one thing. If that is not an issue, that is the main stack. Down to the sewer, up to the roof vent. If you attach a sink drain there, when the toilet is flushed, it will pull venting from wherever it can. Most will still come down from the roof, but being as close as it is, it will also pull from the sink drain and cause a gurgling from the sink. The other consideration is the sink itself. Make sure it has an overflow vent in the rim of the sink. If the one you use doesn't the drain will need a vent of its own, otherwise the sink drain will be trying to pull against a vacuum.
Another thought. They make what is called a Saddle Clamp to do what you are talking about. A half piece of pipe with a female connection in the side of it. Made of PVC and held on with two clamps that go around the existing pipe.

In a building structure that has three floors plus the basement after saying that as this example:The Vertical Cross Connect is a Rectangle shaped connecting device to be able to wire cables from the MDF (Main Distribution Frame Vertically up a wall to all the other workstation that you are trying to interconnect with.NOW AFTER SAYING THAT:while the cables are being vertically ran up the wall from the basement's Main Distribution Frame and in order to connect the workstation on each floor, each floor would have a connect to connect the wires coming from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) which is called HCC (Horizontal Cross Connect) and it is a small square shaped connector which connects the wiring to all the workstations on each floor which is called Interconnecting.

What do you mean? As in if you connect two points that make a horizontal line? Are you trying to figure out the Slope? The slope of a horizontal line is 0. And the slope of a vertical line is undifined. If that's what you were asking. Or if you were asking plainly what it is when that happens, it's just a horizontal line.

The sacred crest in the temple the first time is shaped like an hourglass. You draw it by starting at the top left hand side, go to the right, down vertically to the left, move over to the right and up vertically to the left. The second time the crest is shaped like a big triangle and a little upside down triangle in the middle of the big one. You start in the middle of the doors, move vertically to the left and stop at the middle, go across, down vertically down to the left, vertically up to the left, down vertically to the left, across to the right, and up vertically to the left and connect to the top.
