The first xbox was ever hooked up to Pandora radio, but you can now listen to Pandora On Xbox 360.
Not really the "Child friendly radio" Most songs on Pandora are not censored and have words that have meanings that are not child Appropriate. Example, When I first Went on Pandora I typed in my favorite stile of music which is Parody/Satire and soon I found a song that have the "f" Word "C" Word and words that where just really inappropriate. So, (Through Experience) I would say "No" for Pandora radio being safe for children.
I don't listen to Pandora radio because I already have too many radio apps.
