may I eat a sugar free jello during a fast before a blood chemistry test. Its a non glucose test also.
yes you can!
Because it has less sugar than regular jello. The calories in jello are primarily from sugar, so having no sugar in the jello will significanly reduce calories.

i just did...used 1 ORANGE sugar free jello, 3/4c water, 3/4c Vodka....Came out Fine but it might taste weird
Yes it does because it has less sugar and will keep you focused longer and it's healthier.
how many ounces are in a small box of sugar free jello
Regular fat free Jello has about 80 calories for 1/2 a cup. (For a lower calorie option, you can try sugar free Jello, which has about 10 calories for 1/2 a cup.)
Jello DOESN'T freeze like water because it has more colligative properties that increase the freezing point.
A little sugar is OK for healthy people of normal weight. Otherwise , there's sugar-free.

Yes, sugar free foods can raise blood sugar. It depends if it has more then 5 carbohydrates in then most likely it will raise the blood sugar a bit but if you are not carbohydrate counting then i wouldn't worry too much about it
Yes. I used sugar-free strawberry jello this weekend. It was a small pack. I used 1 cup boiling water, and 1 cup vodka. Then, refridgerated overnight. They gelled and still tasted like jello.
If it's sugar free, it's no weight watchers points!
