I eat the leaves of my pinto bean plant today for the first time, and that way around noon today its now almost 10pm and im still here. I cooked them in a pan with a little onion and olive oil. They had a very small tast of refried beans and were not that bad. In fact I kinda like it. I think they would be good added to almost anything

You can indeed. They're called "pea shoots"; in the UK, and are available in all good green grocers. They are really nice in a pea shoot salad.
