YES IF,
A) You use WHITE sugar (normal ones u find everywhere) , if you use sugar like SAME, EQUAL ... because their sugar contains "Aspartame" and trust me ... you will want to avoid that chemical ingredient. ALWAYS AVOID SUGAR THAT CONTAINS ASPARTAME. Always read on the box in the ingredients section. Aspartame slows your metabolism.
B) You prepare your oatmeal with normal milk. It doesnt matter if its diet or regular milk... the thing is, Milk has lactose... and that thing will increase body fat. You will want to avoid that.
-------------------------------
NO IF,
A) You use brown sugar, or you use Splenda or Honey. Splenda is different, it doesnt contain Aspartame, it contains Sucralose and it doesnt have the bad effects of Asparatme. Always remember to avoid Aspartame.
B) You prepare your oatmeal with Lactaid Milk. This milk is free of lactose (Every normal milk has lactose). It is expensive, but, it will not cause you to gain weight.
So there you have it, if you want to gain weight, use the "YES IF" section, if you want to lose weight, use the "NO IF" section.
