And most of the time, the money is gone, so it doesn't matter if you won in court, the company is bankrupt, and those who had been running the company have hidden bank accounts that you'll never see.
Best bet? Lick your wounds, learn from your mistake, and move on. Obviously report all that happened to the District Attorney, State's Attorney and BBB, but after that, forget about it. Your energy will be best spent on recovering.

NO! Their business structure is built off of tricking you into thinking it's free to check all 3 bureaus when in fact only Equifax is free. I got scammed by them on this and they charged me $30! I was furious so I called them. After demanding a full refund they hung up on me! Obviously they can't give a refund or else their company would basically have no income. HORRIBLE experience! NEVER USE IT!
