As long as you have money you can be scammed regardless of PayPal. You can type in visa, MasterCard, moneybrokers, bitcoin, paypal and so on "scammed" into Google and you will find people. You just need to make sure that you are not a victim. If it doesn't sound right then it probably isn't. Research, research, research. And of course ask questions. Hope that helps.
