If it crashed, probably not. If didn't actually crash, then you might be able to.
Gimp can save images as PNG GIF and JPG, but it does not build html, in a way that photoshop would with 'slices'
GIMP and Photoshop can. :)
GIMP is a free photo management software that anyone can download online. GIMP runs off user donations. Although GIMP is not as powerful as software such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP has almost all of Photoshop's features and is free to use.
You can download gimp software using this website. www.gimp.org/downloads/. If that doesn't work do a search on web and you should be able to find it.
If you are in search of an image editor I would recommend Maya or Photoshop both you have to pay for but are brilliant and are used by professionals, but if you don't have such funds use G.I.M.P. Gimp is free and is similar to Photoshop. To fufill your task Using Photoshop or GIMP you would;Use the first layer as the explosion. Edit it to your liking using various filters and scale it to your preferred size.Go to Layer, New Layer. Then you are able to put your picture on top and edit it.
If you are referring to a bitmap image, it can be opened in Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and GIMP. Most any image or photo program should be able to open a bitmap image.
yes
You should be able to delete your current Facebook profile picture and then you should be able to get the default picture back as if you have just opened a new Facebook account.
I actually wondered this for a while when I updated my GIMP before figuring this one out. I tried dragging the entire window and dropping it, but that obviously didn't work. Then I tried grabbing just inside the window and dragging that.Let's take the dialogue box "Layers" for example. The entire window is, in my case, surrounded by a blue border (I use Windows, obviously) telling me that this window is active. Instead of grabbing the blue border, I grab the word "Layers" at the top and drag it into GIMP where it says "You can drop dock-able dialogues here".To add more dialogues to my GIMP toolbox, I drag the dialogue to the raised bar that separates my GIMP toolbox and my other docked dialogues.I hope I've explained this well enough. If something is still hazy, please feel free to ask. Good luck.
You can get digital picture prints from any good picture shop. They will be able to supply you with good quality pictures and may even be able to frame them for you too.
I am not able to give the picture here? How to do that
Any image editing software should be able to save to .jpg format. Some examples are Gimp and Photoshop.
