celexa is an ssri antisepressant, xanax is a benzodiazepine... the mixture of these 2 srugs are fine... though whilst starting celexa you may get side effects, if 1 of these is drowziness then xanax may increase it

My Doctor has just recently prescribed for me to take 20MG of Celexa once per day and .5mg Xanax just before bedtime. So far I have had no side effects but I do finally get more than 4 - 5 hours of good sleep now!
