Can you overdose on eye drops?

Yes. The active ingredient in Visine and other OTC eye drops is fatal to humans if ingested internally, even in small doses. According to the warnings on Visine's website, the internal consumption of their products active ingredients will cause labored berating, sudden drops in blood pressure, central nervous system failure, coma, and possibly death. It is a common practice in movies to put eye drops in someones drink to cause diarrhea. There is nothing in eye drops that will cause diarrhea and this myth is entirely untrue.

Not Likely. According to FDA standards you can overdose. The most you may do is cause excessive dryness when not using the drops. A burning sensation may develop.

it depends how often you put them in. if you put 1 in once a month then most likely not. (unless told otherwise) but if you put in one every two minuets then yea you could die.
