The dish on the inside of the crock pot is normally oven safe when it is removed from the electrical part of the crock pot. Obviously the electrical unit itself is not. If the dish is not removable then the answer is no.

If the lid is tempered glass with a metal handle then it can possibly go into the oven at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or less. If there is any plastic on the lid then it can't go into the oven.

If your crock pot has an insert that is over safe, yes you can. If not, you'll have to transfer the contents of the crock pot to an oven safe dish to continue cooking in the oven.

Can you put your stoneware from a crockpot in oven?

I was going to use mine too. Mine a Rival, has a stoneware insert. It says it can go in the oven, but does not mention temps. The lid can not go in, but I thought I could use heavy foil. I think I'll check their site first for temp info. I found this on the crock pot website. It says that all Crock-Pot slow cooker removable crockery may be used safely in the oven with temperatures up to 400°F without the lid.

If you have been cooking a pork roast for 3 hours can you leave it in the cork pot over night on warm?

I would not advise it. This is where you need a thermometer. The temperature of the roast should not go below 135°F - unless it is being served or heading to the fridge. 'Warm' on a crock pot might go below that which could permit pathogens to grow. The thermostat on crock pots is uncertain. I have one pot that boils on 'warm' and another that doesn't. I have had a crock pot cooking overnight, but never on 'warm'.

Can Slow cooker insert go in oven?

No. The crock is designed for long term low temperature cooking. At best it could break, at worst, explode.
