Yes, discharge during pregnancy can be completely normal. The vagina is a self cleaning organ, and routinely sheds small amounts of fluid out of the vagina whether pregnant or not. However, if the discharge has changed color, consistency or smell from your normal pattern, please see your doctor. It can be an indicator of an infection or other problem and may need treatment.

∙ 18y agoIf you mena bleeing, you should not really bleed while you are pregnant. If you mean normal vaginal discharge but more that is perfectly normal. However if it is yellow/green, starts to itch or is foul smelling please see a doctor as you may have an infection.

∙ 17y agoyes, usually at the beginning you will get a lot (your mucous plug is forming) and again at the end. But you will get discharge throughout your whole pregnancy just more so at the end and beginning.

∙ 14y agoDefinitely! My sister had to wear a pantyliner everyday for both of her pregnancies because of the discharge. All the hormones you are producing can make your body in turn secrete a lot more. Perfectly normal.
