If you are toleant opiod attic then it juss makes your methadone stronger.. They actually make each other stronger.. If you dont use opiates dont even think of taking methadone its strong enough to kill by its self mixed with Ativan that would be a death waiting to happen... If your opiate tolerant and used to methadone specially then hvae fun it makes both drugs better,stronger and more fun.. Always remember to be carefull anyways and to know your limits on what you yourself can handle
