Yes is the short answer, as there are no direct contraindications. The tricky question is should you take them together because the answer will then depend on what were they prescribed for. SSRIs in general (Fluoxetine being one of them) reduce or antagonise the anticonvulsant effects of antiepileptics (Gabapentin being one). But then again most antidepressants do. That may also mean they antagonise its effect on neuropathic pain. These are not contraindications, but you might need to have your doctor review the dose.

Gabapentin should not be used with St. John's wort.

if you are talking about the antibiotic than the answer is yes. My son takes 1500 mg gabapentin a day and was on cipro oral for 10 days and cipro ear drops for 7
