You can take Immodium (loperamide) for a short time while on antibiotics.. but it shouldn't be used to reduce antibiotics-induced diarrhea.

∙ 11y agoYes, you may take an OTC anti-diarrheal such as Immodium. To prevent diarrhea, be sure to take a probiotic like acidophillus while you're taking the antibiotics - or just eat lots of yogurt!
