I don't know why you couldn't! Acrylic paint usually doesn't come off clothes, so I think it would be fine. However, I wouldn't put large, large amounts of it on clothing, because I'm not sure if it would bleed out or not.
yeah you can, but it'll wash right out if you put it in the washer . acrylics work good.

I suppose if you were doing a faux fresco you could use tempera paint, but this wouldn't be done using plaster but on paper in the same style. On plaster I don't think the tempera would work.
