The reason you can't post questions in other languages besides English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Portuguese, is that the special letters and accent marks of many foreign languages do not presently show up correctly on this site. In "American English", which we prefer to use on WikiAnswers, the proper spelling is "Fertilize". However, in the UK and other places where "British English" is spoken, then the spelling is "Fertilise". So, in effect, both are correct depending on which form of the English language is the local standard.
