Most definitely. The silicone sprays are best for the plastic bed machines but not for the metal bed machines. Watch out when you do purchase a silicone spray as some use propane as the propellant which may not be good, read to make sure it is only silicone.

Powder metal compaction is the pressing of iron and steel alloy powders into the deisred part shape through the use of mechanical or hydraulic presses. The compaction of the powder occurs within a tool set made from tool steels or carbide. The tools are fabricated to form the desired shape of the part. They are heat treated and machined or ground to very close tolerances, allowing the powder to be formed into a near net-shaped part. The "green" part is then sintered to bond that powder particles into a solid near fully dense steel part. Once the part has been sintered, other operations, such as heat treating, machining and coating, may be performed on the part. For a full description of the processes used in powder metal compaction see the related links below.
Any silicone based glue will bond to silicone rubber. -Aqua Seal, Seal All, Goop, Plumber's Goop, Gloozit, PL premium to name just a few that will work.
A general rule when talking about silicone rubber: Nothing sticks to silicone -- except silicone. As long as you have a silicone based adhesive, you should be able to stick anything the silicone. Warning: if you are using any type of silicone adhesive, it will bond to fabric permanently, so make sure you aren't wearing any nice clothes. Latex or nitrile gloves are also recommended when handling silicone adhesive.

Yes, to a degree. But if you stretch it after it has cured, it may detach. Most stretchy silicone toys are painted with a silicone-based paste, but when you stretch them too hard, gaps will be visible, and the paint may start to peel at the edges
A regular silicone will not work too well if at all - as an adhesive on Azak. You can use Liquid Nails on Azak but you need to set a bead and spread it thin on both pieces you are joining. bead them, spread them, wait 10 - 15 minutes, and mate them and wait about 24 hours for a good hard bond- then you can use white silicone to fill the inside corner gaps. If it were me-- I would use this Liquid Nails method but I would also counter sink screws and then bondo and sand the holes and then spray with Kilz.
Yes it will, in fact it is possibly the best adhesive to bind almost anything to glass.
Tite Bond 2 will work on cork to cork, but not as well as the new Elmer's Spray Contact glue.
To bond foam to foam, spray Clearco 444 Adhesive Spray, or equivalent, on the both surfaces to be joined and allow to dry until tacky as directed on the product label. Press the two foam pieces together for a permanent, flexible bond. This method is ideal for building layers of foam, to attach foam edges together, and to repair cuts and tears in foam. Silicone has 4 valence electros so it would need 4 hydrogen atoms to give itself an octet of valence electrons.
