They're all game legal unless otherwise stated elsewhere. For example, Harpie's Feather Duster and Sinister Serpent are both banned in advanced format. The GBI Egyptian God Cards are not legal game cards, and state this at the bottom (just in Japanese, but there's an English Ra in Dawn of Destiny).
Apart from that, yup, they are legal. So you can use them whether they have a reprint in another set (DD Assailant, for example) or not (Worm Bait).
