1. you shouldn't use an ink pen to make tattoos because the ink can cause a reall bad type of cancer.
2. don't get upset about this cause its just my opinion (tattoos are not going to win you real friends)

∙ 12y agoIt is not an ink but is in fact a pigment comparable to that of paint pigment and is comprised mainly of metal oxides mixed with a carrier agent. The term "ink" is a rather widely used and accepted misnomer, and this is why foolish people try to use pen ink and the like for their tattoos. Even safer inks to use such as India Ink, are very ill advisable due to the soupy quality of the ink as well as the somewhat bluish hue that it gives off when healed.
