But I think you can download games onto a ipod nano 5th gen -I've been having the same problem recently. About a year ago, I was on the itunes store and saw an ad for "great new games" I clicked it and downloaded two, sonic the hedgehog, and an SAT prep game. unfortunately after i bought them i looked at the specs (woops) and they only played for the ipod nano 4th generation. I just got the fifth generation nano a week ago, and having kept the games on my computer, i discovered that they both worked on the fifth g (drag and drop them to the section on the ipod screen that says games). I tried to go back into itunes and find more games that would work for the ipod nano, but they removed the link. Maybe they wanted only the more expensive models to play games so people would buy those ok so search in the app store search bar "ipod games" on your left you will see a link that says ipod games, click on it. it will take you to a page with the title "Ipod Click Wheel Games" and underneath it says they are only compatible with the ipod nano.

No it can't. An iPod touch 4th G is to short to fit and a 5th G case.

All the same features as the ipod nano(4th generation)- a video screen, access to music, download tv shows, get movies, download podcasts, download games, access to date and time, etc...... But it has some new extra features, A bigger screen(same size ipod as 4th g) A built-in radio that picks up signals using the headphones And the most interesting one: IT SHOOTS VIDEOS!!!!!!!! You can also use video effects like blur, x-ray, mirror, cyborg. If you are to buy one, I would suggest the 16gb 5th generation because the video takes up a lot of space.

Although tiny, the shuffle is still able to hold just as much as other iPods (2gb and 4gb are available at apple.com starting at just $59) Classic is has the most GB availability. which also makes it one of the larger iPods. With 160 GB the classic holds up to 40, 000 songs or whatever else you need it to hold. It also only comes in silver or black unlike the nano and shuffle which come in several colors. Touch is basically a mini computer. It has built in wifi, allows you to download apps, play games, and holds up to 64 GB worth of music. Ive only seen it in silver.
