That depends whether or not any pathogenic microorganisms grew in the food overnight. It could be safe, but the risk is too great. No food safety person would ever recommend that it be eaten. Toss it out.

No. Cooked macaroni has been hydrated so that the water content makes it no longer shelf stable. Pathogenic bacteria could easily grow on it overnight and produce toxins. Any leftovers should be refrigerated within 2 hours.

I wouldn't recommend leaving it out over night. Even though it might stay okay, it would taste better if you put it in your fridge and reheated at lunch or dinner within the next couple of days.

It's probably fine depending on the ingredients used and the ambient temperature. Most of the guidelines out there are based on restaurants, honestly. I leave all kinds of stuff out overnight all the time and I've never gotten sick. I would sniff it to make sure it doesn't smell *off* and pay attention to how it smells as you reheat it. If there's any off smell you should toss it. Also, there is the chance you could get sick from eating it even if it smells fine, but the chances nowhere near what people will tell you.

It will, but it does depend on the temperature. If the overnight temperature was around freezing, don't worry. If it was fairly warm, throw the uneaten food out.

probably not, I don't think it would be safe. (by pinkchibs) it depends on: the temperature the type how much you wish the cheese was in the refrigerator.
