Most of the democratic countries may be termed as no democratic or so-called democracies. There are 187 rules of democracies in 15 countries and there are 137 rules for political parties. We fail to find even dozen rules in so called democracies. We must try to implement social security protection of human rights accountability justice and some limit to corruption in so called democracies worst than any of terrorist gangs pirates and dacots.
