furnaces over 100,000 btu's are rarely used in residential applications due to code restrictions. Anything larger requires fire dampers witch close the ducts off in the case of air over a certain temperature.

what kind of insulation and how much
what is the fuel type I.E. nat gas, propane, fuel oil, electric
what efficiency 80% 90% 92+%
These are just a few of the reasons to have a professional do this, also there are licensing and permits and very specialized tools.
