It is possible. Most of the time it takes over a month for the pill to exit your system all together, but that usually depends on the amount of time you've been on the pill. It is common for some woman to become pregnant very soon after stoping the pill. It is also normal to have a small amount of blood eject like that. Usually a very dark red/light brown. I would advise you to see your doctor and take a pregnancy test, I wish the best for you!
