As a consequence the identification is a self declaration. If you are a Christian, there are people who are atheists, or who believe in some other religion, and they are going to give you a hard time. Just learn as much as you can about Jesus and compare Him to other beliefs and you will find out why Christianity is alive and well, 2000 years after Jesus was crucified. There is plenty of evidence that supports Christianity and proofs it's not a belief in nonsense.
